You may have noticed that work has begun to repair the water feature in the roundabout near the entrance to our community. All the rock has been removed, the concrete has been pressure washed and prepped for sealing. A vacuum truck will be used to suck out the foot and a half of sludge now on the bottom of the reservoir. Once that is done the concrete will be sealed, and once cured a liner will be put in place. Then the cracked PVC pipe return will be sleeved by a different contractor who specializes in this process At that point the water pump will be recommissioned and we should see water flowing once again. We have great confidence that this work will finally resolve the major leak that has forced the shut-down of our waterfall since last summer.
