Annual Fees

Payment of the Association fee or ‘rent charge’ assessed to your property is a legal requirement that must be remitted by June 29 of the year in which the fee is assessed. The fee is secured by way of an Encumbrance registered by the New Discovery Homeowners Association at Alberta Land Titles on title of residential properties in Discovery Ridge.

Payment of the fee can be made by way of credit card (Visa, MasterCard), cheque, bank draft or an Interac e-Transfer initiated through your bank. Payment can be submitted by various means:

OPTION 1:   Click here to access the Homeowners’ Account Portal where you can view and pay your fees online.
     
OPTION 2:   Complete the lower portion of your Association fee invoice and mail your cheque or bank draft to:
