Please be advised that due to new information, the NDHA has been advised that it has no legal access to three (3) publicly accessible spaces in the community. Despite their accessibility, these areas are in fact located on privately owned land, which creates a liability issue for the NDHA. As of December 1st, 2021, until further notice, NDHA services including snow clearing, has ceased in those areas. The map below shows the location of the affected areas. Please use caution if traversing through them, as conditions may have changed from what you have become used to.
