October Update

Homeowners’ Association News

The NDHA hopes that you had a chance to enjoy the summer temperatures that extended well into September this year! The leaves have now changed color and are falling, so you will see ULS on site dealing with leaf pick-up and preparing our community parks and pathways for the winter.

In addition to the projects done this summer, we had ULS do an assessment of the landscaping installations (foliage and hardscapes) within Discovery Ridge.  From that report the NDHA board will target locations for shrub replacement and remediation projects next year. To update you on the planned remediation project in the switchback pathway below Griffith Pond, unfortunately as of this writing, it remains with the city for final approval. Clearly the NDHA will not be able to complete it this season.

Outstanding Fees: The 2020 NDHA fee of $307 was due on June 29th.  We would like to thank our members who have paid their fee on time, and ask that those who have not, please remit immediately.  If you are unsure of your payment status or have questions or concerns, you can log onto your account via our website at ndha.ca This will allow you to check if you have paid and are up to date. Thank you to all who have paid for 2022, we appreciate it!
