Winter is looming and with it comes the transition from greenspace maintenance to pathway snow removal.  ULS will be out in full force soon after each snowfall to remove any build-up.  We make our community paths and sidewalks as safe as possible during the winter months, but rapid changes do occur. The only news we will be writing about this month is the potential need to cut back services until outstanding NDHA dues are paid.  As of mid September, 474 (almost 30%) of homeowners are delinquent with their 2019 fee, which was due on June 29th.  This equates to more than $145,000 in missing revenue, and is five times

Happy summer to all!  The rainy season extended well into July this year, and the greenspaces of Discovery Ridge certainly benefitted.  The community is looking very green and lush indeed! We hope you have been able to stroll the pathways and take in all the natural beauty we have to enjoy, right on our doorstep.
